Huipil Ceremonial

Product description

This beautiful Ceremonial Huipil is formed by two handmade pieces on back strap loom, each piece is formed by beautiful flowers and geometric figures.

This Huipil on the shoulders is woven on both sides and the rest on one side, is used at weddings, the bride wears this important huipil for that special day, they also use it for other very important events.

It was woven approximately in the 1900s with cotton material. It took six months for its elaboration.

The language spoken in this Village is Kakchiquel.
